What to Expect

Our first session is a space to begin building trust. We’ll take time to get to know one another — I’ll ask questions about your history and what brings you to therapy, and you’re welcome to ask me anything that’s on your mind. Together, we’ll begin to clarify your goals and get a sense of how we might work together.

This initial session lasts 85 minutes to give us space to settle in without rushing. From there, we’ll meet weekly for 50-minute sessions.

In our work, I may offer guided mindfulness practices, experiential exercises, or nervous system regulation tools, depending on your needs. Above all, therapy with me is a compassionate, collaborative process — one that honors your pace and capacity while gently supporting deep, lasting change.

Sex Therapy

Whether you’re navigating desire discrepancies, exploring your erotic identity, healing from sexual pain or trauma, or simply feeling disconnected from your sensual self — sex therapy offers a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore what intimacy means to you.

I bring training from the Northwest Institute on Intimacy, along with a deep respect for the complexity of sexual experience. Our work together is rooted in the understanding that sexuality is not something to “fix,” but something to listen to, nurture, and reclaim.

Therapy for Anxiety

Anxiety often shows up in so many ways- sometimes as a racing mind, a tight chest, difficulty sleeping,  a constant sense of overwhelm, perfectionism and more. You may look like you have it all together on the outside, but inside feel frayed, tense, numb or disconnected.

I help clients understand the roots of their anxiety and work with it from the inside out. Using mindfulness, body-based tools, and nervous system support, we slow down enough to hear what your anxiety is trying to tell you — and begin to create more space, steadiness, and clarity in your life.
