I have a background as a mindfulness practitioner, a Nutrition Educator, and was trained at the Graduate School of Counseling Psychology of Naropa University in Boulder, CO.
I believe in providing clients with cutting-edge mental health services rooted in science, as well as services that acknowledge you as a being with an important journey before ever meeting me.
I am a lifelong learner, and am continuously adding new trainings to better support my clients needs. I’ve supported clients in the San Francisco bay area and the greater Denver, Colorado area. I have been working as a Registered Psychotherapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Coach, Nutrition Educator and Teacher and I am proud to share some of my qualifications with you.

Psychobiological Approach to Couples Counseling, Level 1 Certification
Developed by Dr. Stan Tatkin, PACT is a couples therapy approach fusing attachment theory, developmental neuroscience, and arousal regulation. PACT has a reputation for effectively treating the most challenged couples to allow them to function with love and connection.

Process Coaching combines some of the best tools and understandings of Hypnotherapy, Parts Work, Psychic Awareness, Eastern Meditations, and Shamanic wisdom.
