REAL Change Therapy
REAL Results...REAL Transformation
From personal and a professional experience, I highly recommend Jan. When Jan came into my life she made dealing with things I wanted to get to the bottom of on the mind body and soul level feel easy.
Jan helped me transition and turn things around quickly and effectively! The best part is she doesn’t read from a script so the hypnotherapy session feels organic and natural like your sitting with an old friend getting to the bottom of “stuff” that has affected your life!
I can’t express enough gratitude I have for her, not to mention it was really exciting to travel back into my Akashic records and back in time….

I love my Past Life Regression Hypnosis sessions with Jan. She guided me through my past lives where she helped me explore key components of deep seeded fears that physically manifested in my currant life. With Jan's help I was able to release those past fears and better my life today.
With each session I was able to explore more and more of who I was and how it effected who I am.
Within the experience were more past experiences where I was able to release and create a positive change in my life. There is nothing more freeing than going to a past life and finding out why you are so allergic to horses and why you have such a need for food and being able address it.
Hypnosis with Jan is relaxing and healing. When you experience that moment when you free yourself from something that has shackled you from a past life you come to truly appreciate the benefits of Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy and there is nobody else that I would trust to take me there but Jan.

About Jan Bartrop-Babbitt
Jan Bartrop-Babbitt owner of Real Change Therapy offers hypnotherapy uses hypnotherapy effectively to treat a remarkable range of conditions. Jan Bartrop-Babbitt, Consulting Hypnotherapist is a licensed, certified hypnotherapist and a member in good standing of the National Guild of Hypnotists. Her credentials include Advanced Alchemical Past Life Regression, 20+ years as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and an Ordained Minister.
Jan has seen hypnotherapy be effective in dealing with weight loss, as mind-body techniques can often help reinforce motivation, self-discipline and will-power. This helps people change their behavior and attitudes about eating, physical activity, shopping for food and restaurant dining.
Jan listens to what you are struggling with and from this she devises the words and images offered to your subconscious mind during a hypnotic session. This can remove psychological obstacles and strengthen the ego, as well as encourage changes in body image, metabolism and the body-mass set point (the weight at which a person tends to remain.
The most important thing Jan teaches in weight loss/body image is that it is never about what you eat...it is about what's eating you. She addresses the emotion behind the eating...creating a healthier outlook of food and releasing some stress behaviors.
In addition to these uses, Jan recommends hypnotherapy to help ease chronic pain, lessen the side effects of chemotherapy, alleviate symptoms of autoimmune disease, and counteract anxiety and sleep disorders. Hypnotherapy can also be used to improve performance during personal and work related stress. In addition Jan advocates and promotes healing holistically to assist managing pain control, pregnancy-associated nausea and vomiting, childbirth, allergies, asthma, high blood pressure and quit smoking.
What should one expect on a visit with Jan? Typically, your first session will begin with a great deal of talking. Jan will ask you questions to get some insight into what motivates you and what your beliefs and expectations might be. When that's done, Jan uses the simplest yet effective technique by having you close your eyes while becoming comfortable in a chair, letting your mind drift, developing pictures and images to accompany the words you hear her speaking.
Once you're in a state of deep relaxation (but still fully aware of where you are and what you're doing), Jan offers suggestions specifically geared to the goal of each client. For example, she may suggest that a person with irritable bowel syndrome picture the wave-like motions of her digestive system slowing down and becoming smoother.
You may even want to visit your soul contract and allow you to change the direction or course a series of events are currently taking place in your life. Your unconscious mind can then transmit these thoughts and images throughout your mind and body, setting the healing process in motion.
Jan has found that a series of hypnotherapy sessions offer the most relief, so she offers a package of 3 sessions for each client. Rarely is a client troubled by one issue and the best healing occurs when a client takes the opportunity to release additional issues that surface as a result of a session. The only exception is smoking cessation which requires one session and is offered at a reduced rate of $88.00. If a client resumes smoking within 90 days a second session is offered free of charge.
.Jan offers other holistic minded modalities that often work well in conjunction with hypnotherapy. Like most mind-body modalities, hypnosis can work as an excellent adjunct to most conventional or alternative therapies. Hypnotherapy can often be used with holistic systems.
Jan also has obtained certification in Ayurveda, Reiki, Psychic Mediumship (allowing spirit guides to assist in spiritual healing) and more. Oftentimes, hypnosis can be used with other relaxation techniques, like meditation, and stress management. In general, Jan believes that no health condition is out of bounds for trying hypnotherapy under the guidance of a skilled practitioner with whom a trusting relationship has been established.
Hypnotherapy can be useful in relieving many conditions, but (like many alternative modalities) is not considered healthcare and is not covered by most insurance. You are encourage to inform your physician of your intention to seek hypnotherapy in conjunction with traditional or alternative treatment.
